Enrobing System
It is designed to coat products such as wafers, bars, nougat, cakes with chocolate.
Band width is manufactured as 400 – 600 – 800 – 1000 – 1200 mm.
It offers the possibility of bottom or top and both bottom and top coating.
It offers a perfect coating opportunity for cocolin and real chocolate.
Since the chocolate pouring chamber moves with the car system, it is easy to clean.
Air blowing and floor stripping are inverter controlled.
The entire structure is made of ANSI 304 quality stainless steel.
Products move on a stainless wire band.
The chocolate placed in the coating chamber is melted by the hot water circulating on the chamber wall.
Thanks to the temperature-controlled spiral pump, the product to be coated is covered with chocolate flowing like a waterfall.
Excess chocolate is swept over the product and fed back to the tank thanks to the fan motor.
The whole system (chocolate temperatures, machine speed, pump adjustment system, etc.) can be adjusted from the control panel.
The coating system can be adjusted to the desired thickness.
OMRON brand is used in panel and electronic devices.
Time setting and temperature controls are easily made from the LCD touch screen on the panel.
Optionally, a return pump is added.
Decorator and seasoning pourer hazelnut coating can be added optionally.
