With its independently controlled four-mass dosing system, each mass can be managed separately in terms of volume, timing and depositing behaviour. This enables the production of more sophisticated chocolate structures such as layered fillings, contrasting chocolate shells, cream combinations and premium centre-filled products.

The multi-axis motion system goes beyond conventional depositing applications by enabling more complex product geometries, decorative patterns and creative chocolate designs. By combining depositing head movement with controlled mould positioning, the system provides both high precision and exceptional production flexibility.

Built for industrial-scale manufacturing, the 96-piston high-capacity structure, independent hopper system and precise dosing control ensure reliable, stable and repeatable production performance.
