ARLine Follower Depositor For Drop and Coin Type
DROP CHOCOLATE STORAGE INDÇD
• With İNDÇD designed by İnnovas, perfectly shaped chocolate drops, flakes and tailed drops are produced in different diameters.
• The depositor works by moving in X and Z axis.
• The system is PLC controlled.
• Provides easy use thanks to PLC and operator panel.
• Product weight and other settings are made on the PLC screen.
• Pistons are servo motor controlled.
• X and Y axis movement and filling pistons are driven by servo motor.
• There are chocolate level indicators on the depositor.
• Chocolate is deposited on anodized aluminum surface by electrical heating with silicon heaters.
• Heated aluminum pouring mold
• It is easily coupled on the line.
• It can be manufactured in the desired band width as 400 - 600 - 800 - 1000 - 1200 mm.
Capacity for 12 strokes/min
• 200 kg/hour for 0.14 g drop
• 414 kg/hour for 1.8 g drop
