ARMold Heating Tunnel
It is used to heat the molds to the desired temperature. Collecting the molds at the mold feeding entrance and exit is done manually. At the same time, thanks to its control panel, mold temperature and conveyor speeds can be adjusted to different values according to the conditions of the desired product and can be monitored.
It consists of three different regions;
- Anti-static bar: In this section, small unwanted foreign objects that may be inside the molds are removed from the mold with anti-static air.
- Ultraviolet Sterilization: The mold, which is removed from the unwanted foreign objects inside, is sterilized with the help of ultraviolet rays.
- Hot Air: The sterilized molds are heated in this section to bring them to the desired temperature.
The mold heating tunnel line has the ability to be completely cleaned and washed. Conveyor equipment is designed as a roller system in order to be hygienic. Since the covers outside the line have the ability to be opened, they have the advantage of being disassembled and easily cleaned.
