ARCooling Tunnel
We design and manufacture the cooling tunnels, which we produce in coating, drop/flake chocolate and molding lines, according to your facility.
Cooling tunnel specifications for the molding line;
- Stainless steel construction with PU insulation and energy efficiency
- Water-cooled efficient cooling system
- Easy to clean, easily accessible design. A separate cover for each region
- Precisely controllable 6 different cooling areas. 6 different heat set points
- INTRALOX (American) modular tape with high air circulation of EBM Plast(German)
- Adjustable mold cooling time / Adjustable belt speed
- Cooling batteries supplied by Karyer Group
- The cooling power of each of the batteries is determined as 4 kW.
- The total cooling power in the system is 4 kW * 6 Batteries = 24 KW.
- Upper and lower floors have individually adjustable set values and control mechanisms.
- For energy efficiency, the tunnel can work with very low capacity umbrellas or similar products, only as a single layer and consuming half energy.
- There is a water drop collection and water drainage system inside the batteries. This system is connected to each other for a total of 6 batteries in the line and drainage water is transferred out of the line from a single point.
