Weigh Filling Machine
Controlled weighing and vibratory filling system for delicate products.
The Innovas Weigh Filling Machine is designed for controlled filling of delicate bulk products such as small nuts, dried fruits and confectionery according to the target weight.
The system uses separate vibratory pans for product extraction from the hopper, coarse filling and fine dosing. This structure maintains a balanced product flow, reduces drop height and minimizes the risk of damage to delicate products during filling.
2-Head and 4-Head Configurations
The machine can be configured with 2 or 4 weighing heads according to production requirements.
How Does It Work?
01 · Product Feeding
The product is transferred from the main hopper into the system at a controlled flow rate via a vibratory pan.
02 · Coarse Filling
The larger vibratory pan performs coarse filling. The product is filled directly into the box and weighed by the scale positioned beneath the box.
03 · Fine Dosing
The smaller vibratory pan completes fine dosing in a separate weigh hopper to reach the target weight.
Stable and Balanced Product Flow
Excess product accumulating in the fine filling pan is automatically redirected to the coarse filling pan. This keeps product flow balanced during the fine dosing stage.
Product-Protective Filling Design
Coarse filling directly into the box reduces unnecessary product transfers and high drops. This helps minimize the risk of damage, particularly for fragile products.
Direct filling into the box also reduces the risk of product sticking inside the weigh hopper during coarse filling.
Fine dosing in a separate weigh hopper minimizes after-fall and helps improve filling accuracy.
