The Vibration Weighing System is a linear vibratory filling machine available in both singlehead and multi-head versions, developed for the gentle handling of fragile bulk products such as small nuts, dried fruits, and candy. It ensures precise dosing and minimal product damage by keeping the drop height exceptionally low throughout the filling process. Equipped with a triple-stage vibratory pan system, the machine uses one pan to extract product from the bunker, a larger pan for coarse filling, and a smaller pan for fine dosing. This structure maintains a consistent product flow and automatically redirects any excess product from the fine dosing pan back to the coarse pan. The system performs gross filling directly into the box placed on a scale underneath, reducing the number of product drops and eliminating the risk of sticking inside the weigh hopper. Fine dosing is carried out in a separate precision weigh hopper to ensure accuracy and minimize after-fall. Designed for products with maximum dimensions of 60 x 60 x 60 mm, the system comes standard with a color touchscreen panel for easy operation and control. It supports up to five boxes per minute depending on the product and target weight. The unit operates with an installed power of 3 kW, at 3 x 400 V + N + E / 50 Hz, requiring 6 bar air pressure and consuming 1 Nl of air per cycle. The total machine weight is approximately 700 kg.
