Soft Candy Cooling Tunnel


This line, which is used to cool the hot soft sugar dough in the production of soft candy, performs the process of cooling the soft candy to the desired temperature after being kneaded in a hot way. The line, which is designed in a multi-layer structure for high efficiency and performance, comes out of the kneading stage as strips and is directed towards the cooling tunnel. It is equipped with sensors that constantly measure the humidity balance and temperature of the system.
