Nut Feeding System with Gripper

The system works as follows;

The hazelnuts placed in the hazelnut filling unit are left on the vibration unit with a vibration sieve.
Here, the broken hazelnut pieces that are not suitable for feeding are collected in the collection pool to be eliminated from the system.
When the hazelnuts, which come fully and intact, are placed in the open nut holders, their mouths are closed. This closure takes place by closing the nut holder's mouth, thanks to the different poles of the opposing magnets.
The table with the nut holders moves towards the router on the side via the linear axis.
The hazelnuts are fed into the mold thanks to the router made of plexi glass pipes made according to the chocolate mold.
Hazelnut caliber will be 9-11 and will be without shell.
Line speed max. It is 8 molds/min.
The machine chassis is made of AISI 304 stainless steel suitable for food contact.
Nut holders are made of chestnut material suitable for food contact.
Equipment safety is designed for employees performing their duties in the workplace.
The electrical panel is stainless and the shaft materials Schneider, Weidmüller are preferred. Servo groups are Omron brand, screen and PLC Omron brand are preferred.
