Chocolate Schereder
Chocolate coming from production line is cut by the blades of the Chocolate Cutting Machine and falls on the vibration sieve. Thanks to the 4 different vibration sieves here, the chocolates are separated according to their sizes as the final product. Chocolate sizes are divided into 4 boxes as 4x7, 4x4, 2x2 and powder.
System consists of;
- PU belt conveyor
- Guillotine knife (Chocolate is made into strips by moving up and down.)
- Disc blades
- Vibration sieve.
The width of the line varies according to customer demand.
- Conveyor consists of 304 quality stainless profile and 5083 Al side blocks.
- PU white tape is used
- Knives are produced by specially designed 1 mm spring steel.
- Driver and servo motor are used as Omron brand 1.5 kW.
- Conveyor band motor 0.55 kW Yılmaz Gearbox is used.
- Vibration motor Miksan VA-120 is used.
- The electrical panel is made of stainless steel and electrical materials complying with CE standards are used.
