Automatic Unmold Robot Station

Chocolate molds coming out of the cooling tunnel in chocolate production lines first enter the mold buckling. The buckling molds come under the Robot unit in the next step and the molds are lifted and centered. Plates with suction cup molds on them according to the mold arrangement remove the chocolate from the mold with a servo system and transfer it out of the line.

Robot conveyor and robots are manufactured with servo control. It does not require mechanical adjustment in mold changes and adjustment can be made from the operator panel with the recipe system.

Vacuum system from DVP (Italy); servo motor is supplied from Omron (Japan).
