Stock Management of 4 Different Products from the Production Line and Arrangement of Boxes in Order
In this project, the OZMO Fun product produced in ŞÖLEN Çikolata facilities is manufactured in two groups in 8different varieties. In order to ensure the desired order in the last packaged product, after pre-buffering the product packaging machines, they are separated according to the product type and directed and lined up with robots. In this project, 4 delta robots were used and at the same time, cartesian axes feeding these robots were made. This project is one of the most complex projects that can be done with a robot.
4 different products coming from the production line were first buffered by stock management.
Each kind of product is oriented to each robot with the same variety.
Packaging machines were able to arrange the boxes sequentially as a result of arranging the mixed products from the system and directing them to them.
