Arrangement of 12 Different Chocolate Types in Different Separators with the Desired Angle and Arrangement
In thıs project carried out with BOLÇİ Çikolata, the chocolates produced on the production line at different times were arranged in different boxes.
It has 14 different box types and the ability to arrange 12 different types of chocolate in boxes at the same time according to their angles.
In the system made for Bolu Çikolataları, 3 delta robots were used. The diversity of the company's products and the need for speed have allowed these robots to be used. Thanks to this system, BOLÇİ chocolates performs the process of arranging 12 different chocolate types in different separators with the desired angle and arrangement. Considering the importance given to hygiene by the company, a hygienic design was presented to the company.
