In this system made for MELODI Çikolata, 10 different chocolates are arranged in boxes with 5 scara and camera system.
There are 5 scara robots and 10 feeding points and 5 cameras in the project. Due to the variety of MELODI's delicious chocolates and the diversity of chocolate boxes, we did some human and robot work together at some points. In this way, we delivered a system with the most flexible structure possible. For example, separators that are too different are fed manually. After we had the robot fill them, we took them out manually. We created different working recipes by designing different holders for different products. The user interface design has been designed in a way that is simple and easy to understand, completely in line with customer demands.
In this company, which attaches great importance to hygiene and aesthetics, the packaging process of the chocolates is done without human touch.
