Ball Mill İNBM1000

It is a machine that allows the chocolate raw materials mixed in a homogeneous state to be thinned at the desired micron value. It works according to the chocolate circulation system. It performs the thinning process in a shorter time compared to its counterparts, allowing it to gain both time and energy. PLC controlled. Thanks to the operator panel, it automatically receives cold and hot water, and automatically transfers the chocolate transfer and circulation process to either one or two stock boilers, thanks to pneumatically actuated valves.

One of the parameters affecting the quality in chocolate is the grain size of the chocolate raw materials. With the chocolate raw materials İNBM 1000, which are homogeneously mixed with the Pre-Preparation Mixer, the grain size of the raw materials is reduced in the desired size.

The capacity is 1000 kg and the chocolate, which is processed in an average of 60 to 90 minutes, reaches the size of 22-28 microns.

Designed according to need; İNBM 1000, which is the result of combining quality equipment with good workmanship, provides both time and energy savings to its user by preparing maximum products in minimum time.

The chocolate raw materials prepared in the pre-preparation boiler are transferred to the ball chocolate mill to reduce the grain with the help of the pump. Process time varies depending on the grain size of the raw material used. The raw material of the system is powdered sugar, and when 50 micron powdered sugar is used, the output product reaches a grain size of 22-28 microns in approximately 50-75 minutes.

 

Technical information

  • All of the products used in the system are of AISI 304 quality and our machine will be manufactured from three layers of stainless-steel sheet, including the main body, water wall and insulation wall. Sheets of 8 mm thickness will be used in the main body.
  • Balls with a weight of 700 kg made of 52100 series bearing steel material will be used.
  • Hardened anchors of special material will be used.
  • The mixer motor will be Yılmaz Reductor and the KR 673 body will have a power of 28-30 kW.
  • There will be an electrical panel made of stainless-steel sheet, electrical materials will be CE certified products and Omron PLC will be used.
  • Cold and hot water inlets will be made with valves with PLC controlled actuator.
  • The necessary plumbing for the cold and hot water needs of the system will be prepared by the buyer company.
  • The piping from the pre-preparation mixer to the chocolate ball mill and from the ball chocolate mill to the resting vessel will be made by the buyer company.
  • Balls with a weight of 700 kg made of 52100 series bearing steel material will be used.
    Hardened anchors of special material will be used.
    Our machine has water heating jacket and PU insulation.
    Q 6.35 – 7 and 8 mm balls are used from 52100 series bearing steel material weighing 700 kg.
    The balls move up and down with the hardened anchors of special material, thus thinning the chocolate mixture.
    The pumps are Yıldız Pump and YKF 2'' chocolate pump has a power of 2.2 kW.
    The resistance is 10 kW.
    Cold and hot water inlets are made with valves with PLC controlled actuators.
    Chocolate transfer and recirculation are controlled by PLC controlled 2” valves with pneumatic actuators, and chocolate is automatically transferred to a single or double stock boiler thanks to the valves.
    Panel and electronic devices are OMRON brand.
    Time setting and temperature controls are easily made from the LCD touch screen on the panel.
