ARBucket Filling Line Manuel
In the Bucket Filling Line, empty buckets are fed to the conveyor manually and dosing is made from the chocolate pipe with the bucket arrived sensor. The filling is cut off by measuring the weight with the mettler toledo load cell located under the bucket. From here, the bucket is transferred to the lid closing part. With the bucket centering system, the lid is brought under the closure. Manually, the lid is placed on the bucket and again manually, the operator presses the button with the thumbs of both hands, the piston goes down and allows the lid to cover the top of the bucket. Buckets vary. Accordingly, mold settings are made.
