Single Layer Chocolate Molding Line

With the Single Layer Chocolate Molding Line, couverture or filled chocolate, double colored chocolate, almond, hazelnut, pistachio pieces or bar chocolate can be produced. In fact, there are heating tunnel, depositor, vibration, vacuum hazelnut feeding or piece hazelnut mixer, cooling tunnel and automatic demoulding units according to customer's request. The products coming out of the mold are transferred to the band for packaging.

Mold size varies according to the mold of the chocolate to be produced. Depending on the line, chain molds or free molds are made. Accordingly, in the chain model, the molds automatically pass through all stations with the push of the soldiers on the chain, and the products come to the cooling tunnel. The cooling tunnel is Intralox brand modular band. Stations on production lines vary according to customer demand.

The machine capacity is 16-20 molds/minute depending on the product dimensions and weights.
