With The Robotic Packaging System, The Kashar Cheeses at The Exit of The Pool Were Arranged and Dried and Fed to The Vacuum Packaging Machines by Robots.

With the robotic packaging system, the kashar cheeses at the exit of the pool were arranged and dried and fed to the vacuum packaging machines by robots.

A system created by robot software engineers, food engineers, energy engineers, mechanical engineers, field operators, production managers and many other disciplines, adds a very different production technology to the traditional kashar cheese production. The most important issue of the system is hygiene, and robots are used in an environment that should always remain clean and hygienic. This system, which takes a preparation period of about 1 year, has been commissioned for LACTALIS company in Karaman facilities. In the system, 3 Delta robots ensured the product orientation and drying operation at the exit of the pool, and the arranging of the products coming under the camera to the vacuum packaging machines in different recipe formats. Here, the packaging machines equivalent to the production speed are used by sharing the load on the robots.
